Why We Made This Podcast?
When we first met, we bonded over our backgrounds and Kitty’s impressive 30-year career as a psychotherapist. Our conversations were so valuable that we decided to share our insights on parenting in a relaxed, non-judgmental, and accessible way. And that's how "How Not to F#*k Up Your Kids" podcast was born.
Katie Goldfinch.
Katie Goldfinch is a podcast, TV and conference presenter who has interviewed war correspondents, MPs, artists and industry leaders in entertainment, commerce and well-being.
Katie is a trained conflict and intergenerational mediator with a particular interest in non-violent communication.
Also a documentary filmmaker she has a couple of projects releasing this year.

Underpinned by 12 years of teaching ‘Babies Know’ her renowned parenting programme, Kitty brings a wealth of experience and passion to her podcast 'Parenting the Next Generation, How not to F#*k up your Kids.' Working towards a world where children feel seen, heard, and respected for being their unique selves. She draws on 30 years of clinical practice as a psychotherapist working with individuals, couples and families.
Kitty holds a diploma in Transpersonal Psychotherapy, an MA (hons) in Child Psychology Adolescent and Family Therapy, is trained in Pre and Perinatal Psychology, Constellation Therapy, Energy Psychotherapy and currently studying Eco Psychotherapy.
